Role Overview

We are inviting a Product Designer to craft intuitive, high-quality experiences across BJAK's suite of financial products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling product challenges through thoughtful interface design, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial workflows into fast, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to production.
Convert product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined user interfaces.
Create intuitive designs spanning insurance, payments, claims, investments, and additional financial services.
Develop and sustain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure precise implementation of designs.
Enhance usability by iterating rapidly based on product data and user feedback.
Ensure consistent design quality across both mobile and web platforms.
Continuously improve interaction design, accessibility, and overall product integrity.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital product design.
Strong portfolio showcasing sound product thinking and high-quality visual design.
Expertise in Figma, including interactive prototyping capabilities.
Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
Proficient in information architecture and user flow design.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
Ability to transform complex workflows into straightforward, user-friendly experiences.
Portfolio submission is mandatory.
