Willsfly Technologies Inc is seeking a Product Designer to join their remote team based in Texas, USA. This full-time role forms part of a global product engineering team focused on delivering enterprise-scale software and product systems that ensure long-term operational excellence.
Role Overview
The Product Designer will contribute across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational quality, focusing on delivering solutions that align with enterprise workflows and deliver scalable user experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, clarity, and consistency within enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product experiences tailored to enterprise workflows, role-based logic, and scalable interaction models.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to elevate usability and ensure continuity throughout the user journey.
- Maintain and extend design systems and interaction patterns suitable for structured enterprise environments.
- Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive, high-quality user journeys.
- Provide input to product strategies emphasizing functionality, context, and readiness for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product design, UX system design, or enterprise interface design.
- Thorough understanding of interaction design principles, workflow-based products, and usability best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Experience developing scalable software product experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or design system stewardship.
- Experience designing workflow-centered products and role-aware interfaces.
- Knowledge of maintaining consistent design languages across product ecosystems.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
- UX or product design certifications are advantageous.
