• Verify accurate pricing and proper signage for all produce, adhering to procedures involving ordering, clearances, markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Comply with food safety protocols, sanitation, and cold chain requirements, including temperature monitoring, proper use of thermometers, appropriate food handling, and honoring sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock merchandise as needed, including downstocking, apply product protection measures when necessary, and arrange modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to maintain full stock levels.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and secure work environment.
• Be flexible with shift availability, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and consistent service delivery.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Manage high volumes of tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment, particularly during overnight shifts, ensuring adequate energy and focus.
• Perform physical activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
