Job Overview

The Procurement Supervisor will oversee and guide the procurement team in handling daily procurement and clearance operations, ensuring smooth execution of procurement activities and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily procurement tasks within the assigned categories.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle adhering to company policies and guidelines.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating favorable commercial terms.
• Support efforts to optimize costs and ensure prompt delivery of required goods and services.
• Examine procurement data, spending patterns, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to fulfill business needs.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in procurement roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of both local and international procurement standards.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management, contract handling, and negotiation.
• Skilled in SAP software and advanced Microsoft Excel use.
• Strong analytical abilities teamed with excellent communication and leadership skills.
