Procurement Specialist / Hail

Role Overview

Esnad Contracting is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support its Roads & Infrastructure Projects in the Hail Region. The position focuses on end-to-end purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring that project materials and services are secured on time and in line with requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete procurement process, from requesting quotations and assessing bids to choosing suppliers and issuing purchase orders.
• Identify and arrange the purchase of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services based on project scope and timelines.
• Discuss and agree on commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
• Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Planning, and Project Management teams to keep procurement aligned with project needs.
• Track supplier delivery performance and confirm adherence to both contractual obligations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate follow-up actions for deliveries, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Keep procurement documentation up to date and prepare reports related to procurement activity.
• Make sure all procurement work follows the company’s internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in construction, roads, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability in supplier handling, sourcing, and negotiating contract terms.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
