Role Overview

We seek a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and enhance our strategic sourcing and procurement functions. This position is crucial in forging strategic partnerships with OEMs and distributors, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting our rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the procurement and strategic sourcing strategies for the company.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), authorized and national distributors, and essential suppliers.
• Lead negotiations concerning commercial terms, pricing, rebate schemes, incentives, credit limits, and annual supply contracts.
• Source and introduce new brands, suppliers, and product categories into the portfolio.
• Plan procurement activities aligned with demand forecasts and business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Category teams to ensure seamless product availability and competitive pricing.
• Continuously analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitors' sourcing approaches.
• Enhance procurement procedures, improve supplier performance metrics, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Develop long-term sourcing partnerships that bolster profitability and business development.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the procurement team, establishing best practices and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 15 years of professional experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain roles.
• Proven background in industries such as IT Hardware, Consumer Electronics, Networking, Enterprise Technology, or Distribution is essential.
• Well-established relationships with OEMs, authorized distributors, and national distributors are highly valued.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Aptitude for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Applicants from technology OEMs, major IT distribution companies, large system integrators, technology retailers, or e-commerce businesses will be preferred.
