Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and assist in streamlining procurement activities through effective coordination and meticulous documentation management. The role is based at 2nd Industrial City, Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Procurement Department.
- Maintain and organize procurement records, contracts, supplier files, and other departmental documents.
- Oversee ISO documentation management and aid in fulfilling internal and external audit requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports, minutes of meetings, and official departmental communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt completion of procurement-related paperwork.
- Assist the Procurement Director and team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Familiar with document control procedures, ISO documentation standards, and audit support processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and strong communication skills.
