Position Overview
The company is seeking a Private Equity Expert for a remote contract assignment focused on strengthening AI model outputs through finance and investment expertise.
Engagement Details
- Role: Private Equity Expert
- Engagement type: Contract
- Pay: $130 per hour
- Work mode: Remote
- Minimum duration: 4 weeks
- Weekly time commitment: 10 or more hours
Key Responsibilities
- Assess financial models and provide analytical input that improves the quality of AI-generated responses.
- Check market-sizing work and TAM estimates to ensure they fit investment frameworks.
- Prepare detailed investment write-ups and decision memos to support evaluation work.
- Contribute to CIM development and due diligence tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Handle NDA and other legal documents efficiently to keep deal activity moving.
- Identify promising deals and add strategic guidance on investment prospects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of private equity experience at top-tier firms is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis is essential.
- Hands-on experience writing investment summaries and memos is expected.
- Background in CIM preparation and due diligence work is needed.
- Ability to review and process NDA/legal documentation is important.
- Experience with deal sourcing is required.
Compensation and Legal
- This is an hourly contractor engagement.
- Payment is made on a weekly basis.
