About the Role
This opportunity is with a company that connects top creative and technical professionals to leading AI research teams. The role is aimed at UK-based consulting experts who can help build high-quality training material for frontier AI systems.
Role Overview
This is a contract position that can be performed remotely. The expected commitment is 40 hours per week, and the compensation range is $130 to $170 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Design, assess, and run through realistic consulting case scenarios.
- Break down business problems, form hypotheses, and work through case analysis.
- Develop client-facing presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support the creation of strong training data used for advanced AI systems.
- Work autonomously and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines.
- Partner with AI research teams to raise the quality of training data.
Required Background
Candidates should have experience in consulting-track roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal, Associate Partner, Partner, or Managing Director. Strong strategy consulting experience is preferred, especially from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. Familiarity with modern consulting engagements, including partner-led structures, is important.
