This role is tailored for an investment professional to join their Healthcare team and contribute actively throughout the investment process, including sourcing deals, underwriting, executing transactions, portfolio oversight, and exit strategies. The firm is known for its established presence in the Philadelphia market, concentrating on lower middle market investments while collaborating closely with management teams to add value beyond typical financial structuring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities thoroughly.
• Lead detailed due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Possess between 2 to 5+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Candidates with direct private equity background preferred; however, those from investment banking sectors will also be considered.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication capabilities and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
• Prefer candidates with existing connections to the Philadelphia region.
