Role Overview

The organization is looking to hire professionals with experience in private equity fund accounting to support high-quality client service and end-to-end fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund accounting activities, including journal postings, management fee computations, reimbursement and accrual calculations, investment valuations, and the preparation of financial, investor, and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain sound accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls so company assets are protected and all transactions are recorded in line with US GAAP.
• Work closely with client service teams to communicate financial information accurately and on time, and coordinate internal audit activities with follow-up on action items.
• Prepare MIS reporting for both onshore and offshore leadership teams.
• Support smooth onboarding and transition of new clients and associated processes.
• Help clear accounting breaks and assist with cash projections and wire preparation.
• Assist in configuring funds, investments, AIVs, and partners within the system.
• Calculate fees and compile the NAV package.
• Handle capital calls and distributions and prepare waterfall files.
• Create and issue partner capital statements.
• Prepare financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
