Role Overview

Salt Creek Capital is looking for a seasoned operating executive to assume the role of Executive Partner. This leadership position involves partnering with the firm to assess potential company acquisitions. Following acquisition, the executive will take on the role of President & CEO, responsible for comprehensive operational management and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

The CEO will oversee full profit and loss accountability, craft and execute growth strategies, and serve as the highest-ranking executive within the acquired company. Additionally, they will report to and actively engage with the company's board of directors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must bring a minimum of 10 years in senior management roles, demonstrating successful leadership in P&L management or prior President/General Manager roles. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong fiduciary responsibility balancing multiple stakeholders, and a proven track record in generating robust free cash flow and EBITDA. Success in managing all facets of business operations and driving profitability through proactive business development is essential. High integrity and excellent professional references are required.
