Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers through calls to arrange high-quality sales leads.
- Evaluate and comprehend customer needs to appropriately qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- Set up meetings or site visits with qualified prospects for the sales team to follow up.
- Regularly update and maintain customer details within CRM software.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to foster engagement and facilitate conversion.
- Provide precise information and address basic customer inquiries.
Note: Meeting weekly and monthly targets is an integral part of this role.
