Role overview
In this front-of-house position, you will be the first and last point of contact for hotel guests and help create a welcoming, polished arrival and departure experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the guest’s initial and final point of contact in the hotel.
- Welcome arriving guests, say farewell to departing guests, and assist with general queries.
- Handle luggage support and related guest assistance.
- Carry out valet parking duties.
- Complete courier and errand runs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and entrance area.
Candidate profile
- Prior exposure to luxury hospitality is preferred.
- You should bring a friendly, well-mannered, and communicative manner.
- Strong German and English language skills are required.
- A valid Category B driving licence is essential for this role.
