Job Overview

This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-driven individual seeking to join a growing team with room for advancement. The position includes routine cleaning, maintenance tasks, and grounds upkeep to ensure the properties are well maintained and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Polish and clean lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trims.
• Replace burnt-out light bulbs to maintain adequate lighting.
• Clean various common areas including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors of hallways, stairs, and office areas.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies with appropriate care.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels, and woodwork regularly.
• Dispose of trash and waste by transporting them to disposal areas and emptying containers.
• Perform grass cutting and trimming when necessary to maintain outdoor appearance.
• Transport small equipment or tools within the property to assist with maintenance tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of practical experience in cleaning and basic maintenance duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Physical capability to handle lifting and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and possess auto insurance.
