Role Overview
The Plant Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations at the manufacturing unit in Kochi, ensuring production runs smoothly, output remains consistent, resources are used efficiently, and all safety and legal requirements are followed. The role also calls for hands-on technical knowledge of PVC extrusion manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall functioning of the manufacturing facility.
- Keep production processes efficient and aligned with output targets.
- Maintain steady product quality throughout operations.
- Use manpower, materials, and equipment in the most effective way possible.
- Ensure full compliance with safety norms and statutory obligations.
- Apply technical understanding of PVC extrusion manufacturing in daily plant supervision.
