About the Role

Join Booker as a Picker and play a vital role in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every day. Your tasks will be diverse, including shelving products, operating tills, managing stock levels, and selecting items for delivery. Each day brings new challenges, and your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare goods for dispatch using a handheld terminal, promptly reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Inspect product quality, check expiration dates, and ensure packaging is secure for deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting set targets.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with delivery personnel, appropriately addressing queries and escalating complex issues as needed.

• Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to maintain designated picking rates.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, with readiness to go above and beyond for customers.
• Be punctual, reliable, and presentable at all times.
