About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at Frühförderzentrum Ratingen. The position is available part-time or full-time and supports children from birth until school entry within a committed and experienced interdisciplinary team including pediatricians, psychologists, educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech therapists. Our establishment offers early support services as a comprehensive benefit.
Our work environment combines outpatient and mobile services, providing therapy in our facilities, children's homes, or daycare centers. We welcome motivated beginners and provide thorough onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive child-centered care and engage resource-oriented parent collaboration.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary case consultations.
- Contribute to and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans.
- Conduct and analyze standardized diagnostic and assessment procedures throughout intake, progress, and discharge stages.
Qualifications
- State-certified Physiotherapist (m/f/d).
- Interest in working collaboratively across disciplines.
- Commitment and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Ability to work independently, with focus and reliability.
- Enjoyment in designing therapy concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
