Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Photographer position in Patna. The selected professional will produce high-quality photos and videos of students, classes, events, and portfolio assignments to support marketing and training activities.

The job involves planning photo shoots, arranging lighting and equipment, guiding subjects during sessions, and making sure the final visuals match the school’s branding and visual style. The role also includes basic editing work, maintaining and sorting media files, and working closely with the marketing and academic teams to develop content for social media, websites, and promotional use. At times, the photographer may also assist with live events, workshops, and campaign shoots, with timely delivery of finished assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photographs and videos for students, classroom sessions, events, and portfolio work.
• Plan shoots in advance and handle lighting, camera setup, and related equipment.
• Direct subjects during shoots to achieve the intended visual outcome.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand standards and the school’s aesthetic direction.
• Carry out basic photo and video post-production tasks.
• Organize, label, and archive media content for easy retrieval and use.
• Work with marketing and academic teams to create content for digital and promotional channels.

• Deliver visual content on time and maintain consistency across outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of photography, including camera handling, composition, and lighting.
• Experience with studio shoots and outdoor or on-location assignments, especially in fashion, beauty, or education settings.
• Working knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Ability to coordinate with creative, marketing, and academic stakeholders and follow direction from multiple teams.
• A sharp eye for detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and a consistent approach to brand presentation.
• Good organizational skills for managing shoot schedules and media archives.
• Previous work experience in photography within beauty, fashion, media, or a related field is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a similar area is preferred.
• Comfort with working on-site in Patna and availability for occasional extended or flexible hours during events.
