Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to deliver dedicated, high-level administrative support to senior members of the Executive Leadership Team within a premier sports organization. This role demands outstanding organizational skills, sound judgment, and confidence to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
Position Responsibilities
- Effectively manage complex, variable calendars by prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and maximizing efficient use of time.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, assembling briefing materials, and monitoring completion of follow-up activities.
- Create polished documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership.
- Communicate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Assist in organizing leadership meetings, employee briefings, off-site events, and other gatherings.
- Maintain accurate records, contact databases, and safeguard confidential information complying with company policies.
- Provide occasional assistance or cover for fellow Personal Assistants as needed.
- Take on special projects and various administrative duties supporting the broader leadership team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proactive, highly organized, attentive to detail, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities concurrently.

- Self-driven, confident, and capable of operating independently without close supervision.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to fostering productive relationships across departments.

Salary Range: 30,000 to 37,500 annually (converted from 40,000-50,000 per annum with adjustment)
