Performance Test Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. This role involves designing and executing performance test plans using tools such as Load Runner and JMeter, analyzing outcomes to identify bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with development teams to embed performance testing throughout the software development life cycle. Utilizing Dynatrace for application monitoring and diagnostics will be vital to maintaining optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive performance testing plans with Load Runner and JMeter.
• Interpret test data to uncover performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside software developers to integrate testing protocols into agile workflows.
• Leverage Dynatrace tools to supervise and analyze system behavior and performance.
• Document and report test findings with clarity and precision to stakeholders.

• Possess knowledge across multiple technologies and grasp architectural and design basics.
• Understand testing tools and agile methodologies to support project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with estimation techniques and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Academic credentials in Computer Science or related fields such as BTech, BCA, B.E., BSc, MCA, MSc, or MTech.
• 5 to 15 years of documented experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret complex data.
