Performance Marketing Trainer Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Trainer with over 10 years of in-depth experience in digital advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and growth marketing. This role involves mentoring a diverse audience including students, professionals, startups, and entrepreneurs on implementing effective performance marketing tactics using key digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on performance marketing strategies from start to finish.
• Conduct live workshops and interactive sessions both online and offline.
• Teach practical skills in setting up campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting efforts.
• Explain and demonstrate lead generation techniques and optimizing conversions.
• Instruct on creating effective landing pages, funnels, CRM integration, and automation processes.
• Guide learners in budget management, campaign scaling, and increasing return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Provide real-time case studies and share best industry practices.
• Oversee assignments, review campaigns, and conduct performance audits.
• Advise startups and business teams on customer acquisition methods.
• Stay current with advances in AI tools and updates in advertising platforms.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• More than a decade of experience in digital and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.
• Experience working with lead generation, ecommerce, and funnel optimization strategies.
• Understanding core metrics like CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Practical knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Previous experience coaching corporate teams or students is advantageous.
