Role Overview
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for executing a range of administrative and compliance-related tasks tied to intricate payroll functions, alongside managing regular bookkeeping activities.
Key Duties
- Manage and coordinate multiple detailed assignments simultaneously, exercising sound judgment, initiative, and interpretation of relevant documents, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Safeguard confidentiality of employee and payroll data through accurate collection, calculation, and entry of payroll information.
- Prepare financial reports, payroll schedules, and tax documentation essential for compliance.
- Calculate wages and applicable deductions, and update payroll records accordingly.
