Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to join our Toyota and Lexus dealership located in Lincoln. This role involves managing all aspects of the parts department, providing parts to the public, trade customers, and internal workshops, and collaborating with sales and service teams. Primarily, the position is based on-site with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, plus every third Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department including trade and retail sales as well as workshop supplies.
- Conduct department reviews and lead management initiatives.
- Prepare budgets and forecast departmental performance.
- Support the growth and development of staff members.
- Ensure the department operates efficiently and maintains profitability.
- Perform routine stock checks on a daily and weekly basis.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional, preferably with experience in a main dealer environment, who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for Toyota, a globally respected automotive brand. Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive package including a basic salary plus monthly bonuses, with an on-target earning of £48,400 annually. A company car is also included.
