About Adoreal
Adoreal is a rapidly expanding vertical SaaS company utilizing innovative and disruptive technologies to enhance consumer experiences, improve outcomes, and increase predictability in elective medicine. Our dynamic team flourishes in challenging environments, embraces change, and is committed to transforming the healthcare industry.
This role requires travel up to 50% across the United States. Candidates should reside within an hour of a major airport. Currently, we recruit only candidates residing in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA, with plans to expand hiring to other states in the future. Though we operate as a remote-first company, location within these states is mandatory for this position.
Role Overview
The Partner Implementation Specialist will spearhead the onboarding process for clinical practices onto the Adoreal platform. This position involves managing projects, coordinating between internal teams and clinic personnel, and providing hands-on assistance with software installation, digital workflow development, data migration, and staff training. The specialist will act as the primary contact for clinics, ensuring a smooth and well-defined implementation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Adoreal and partner clinics during onboarding phases.
- Coordinate the secure migration of clinic data from existing systems in cooperation with technical teams.
- Structure clinic data to conform with Adoreal’s analytics standards and frameworks.
- Assist in configuring and implementing Adoreal’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Oversee project schedules, monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Collaborate effectively across internal technical, CRM, and training teams as well as external clinic stakeholders.
- Identify risks, provide timely progress reports, and address challenges promptly.
- Deliver thorough training and onboarding support to clinic staff to facilitate smooth system adoption.
- Create and maintain onboarding resources, including documentation and training materials.
- Track post-implementation adoption and resolve ongoing support requirements.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination, preferably within smaller or growing EMR/EHR organizations rather than enterprise or hospital-wide systems.
- Proven hands-on expertise in deploying and supporting EMR systems and CRM platforms within ambulatory or outpatient clinical contexts, such as private or specialty practice settings.
- Successful track record managing multiple concurrent onboarding or implementation projects independently, ideally within lean teams handling end-to-end processes without reliance on large corporate playbooks.
- In-depth knowledge of ambulatory healthcare workflows, encompassing patient intake, documentation, billing and payment processing, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience training both clinical and administrative personnel in outpatient environments, including developing original training content and guides without dependence on pre-existing corporate programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, especially related to data privacy and access controls during implementation.
Benefits & Culture
Adoreal is committed to supporting employees' well-being and professional growth through extensive benefits and a culture of teamwork and inclusion. We operate fully remotely with flexible work schedules and champion a values-driven environment centered on company success over individual ego.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their families.
- Generous paid time off including holidays.
- Performance incentives and equity participation opportunities.
- Remote-friendly, flexible work environment promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Strong team culture grounded in transparency, responsibility, and mutual respect.
