Key Responsibilities

• Organize room and cleaning schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Inspect assigned guest suites and public spaces to confirm cleanliness and good condition of furnishings and equipment.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as bed-making, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Monitor and update the status of rooms with issues during shifts.
• Conduct random quality inspections of rooms for cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff regarding discrepancies and report maintenance needs to management.
• Manage opening and closing procedures by assigning rooms to attendants and confirming completion of cleaning by day's end.
• Complete additional related tasks as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
• Preferred: At least one year experience in housekeeping roles.
