Job Overview
We are hiring a Part Time English Teacher to support trainees in enhancing their English language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. This flexible, part-time role fosters a positive learning atmosphere and allows the teacher to positively impact trainee success through interactive lessons.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, learner-focused English lessons for a diverse trainee population on a part-time basis
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and educational standards
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback promptly
- Customize teaching methods to accommodate individual proficiency levels and learning needs
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, coordinators, and support personnel to boost learner outcomes
- Keep precise attendance documentation and participate in meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Relevant teaching certification or credentials applicable to the location
- Competence in teaching English and managing classrooms
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule on a part-time basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching English as a second language or in multilingual settings
- Familiarity with digital education platforms and online teaching resources
- Innovative and adaptable teaching strategies
