Job Overview
The role of Educator is crucial to lululemon's success, serving as the foundation for exceptional customer experience in retail stores. Educators engage with guests personally, provide expert product knowledge, and authentically represent lululemon's community and culture.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interact attentively with guests to deliver a superior customer experience while respecting their time.
- Evaluate guests’ needs to offer tailored purchasing and return solutions.
- Deliver detailed technical product education by explaining product value and benefits.
- Ensure smooth completion of sales transactions and execute relevant omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and shipping from store while maintaining company standards.
- Actively engage with guests and respond to store requirements by moving throughout the sales floor.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Team Collaboration
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by embracing diversity and creating positive experiences for colleagues and guests.

Operational Duties

Candidate Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the country of the store location.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proof of right to work and compliance with applicable local regulations if relevant.
- Ability to commute to the assigned store through personal transportation methods.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in an environment featuring bright lighting and loud music.
- Capability to remain active on the sales floor during most of the shift to help guests and complete tasks.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Open to working both collaboratively with a team and performing tasks independently.
Preferred but Not Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base hourly wage ranging from 20 to 23 Canadian dollars, subject to regional minimum wage laws.
- Additional bonus target of 2 Canadian dollars per hour.
- Inclusive total compensation ranging from 22 to 25 Canadian dollars per hour.
