Role Summary

The Part Time Business Process Architect is a remote contract position responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes across diverse client organizations. Daily duties involve evaluating existing workflows, creating process maps, detecting inefficiencies, and proposing optimized process designs aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, leading workshops, and converting business needs into precise process documentation and standards. The architect will assist in implementing process modifications, tracking performance metrics, and advocating for continuous process improvements. Additionally, the role supports best practice development, governance frameworks, and alignment with broader digital transformation efforts.

Key Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering, with hands-on experience redesigning workflows for greater efficiency.
• Solid understanding of Business Process Management frameworks, including modeling, documentation, and governance principles.
• High analytical capability to assess data, identify process challenges, and construct evidence-based solutions.
• Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing workshops, and articulating complex process ideas clearly.
• Experience with process modeling tools like BPMN software, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote part-time contract setting, managing multiple concurrent client projects effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines; relevant certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma beneficial.
• Consultancy or background in digital transformation, operations management, or continuous improvement considered advantageous.
