Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with expertise in litigation to join a reputable law firm based in St. Cloud, MN. This opportunity offers a direct hire position with a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will support attorneys primarily in litigation and insurance defense with complex legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver substantial legal assistance to attorneys handling litigation and insurance defense cases.
- Manage multiple active lawsuits simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to discovery plans and scheduling order deadlines.
- Prepare and file motions, organize document production, and acquire necessary reports.
- Adjust priorities dynamically to avoid delays in critical matters.
Required Qualifications
- Between three to five years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and grammar skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team-oriented attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, flexible benefit plans, supplemental insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, earned sick and safe leave, paid holidays, flexible working hours, a safety program, and compensation for jury duty.
