Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Product & Packaging Designer to breathe life into our beauty brands through outstanding packaging artwork. The role involves delivering high-quality, print-ready designs and guiding the creative process from initial concept through commercialization. Close cooperation with teams such as Brand, NPD, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain is key to ensuring timely and precise delivery consistent with brand standards in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and provide precise print-ready artworks that comply with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and production specifications.
- Conceptualize and implement creative packaging designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work alongside Brand, NPD, and cross-functional teams to convert creative briefs into commercially viable packaging solutions.
- Oversee artwork and project documentation management, ensuring systematic record keeping and up-to-date project tracking within company systems.
- Support new product development and product changeover initiatives as needed.
- Identify and suggest improvements in artwork development workflows and offer design expertise to internal teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic or packaging design and artwork production, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, food, or a similar sector.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities and meticulous attention to detail in packaging artwork.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and adaptable to emerging design tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and sustain high accuracy in outputs.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to successfully partner with cross-functional teams.
