Role Overview

As an Order & Requisition Manager within the Supply Chain division, you will manage the complete procurement cycle and coordinate timely delivery of essential AI hardware and materials. Your work will bridge internal teams (such as engineering, sourcing, and project management) and external partners to ensure seamless tracking, validation, and delivery of requisitioned items for large-scale data center deployments. You will also be tasked with auditing quality and confirming that received goods comply with purchase agreements and technical requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess and validate incoming requisitions, authorize purchase orders, and verify alignment with facility and engineering needs.
• Monitor and track the fulfillment of project orders, proactively addressing potential disruptions, especially for long-lead items.
• Oversee logistics tasks including receipt of shipments, inventory control, and final distribution to designated data center locations.
• Cultivate and manage communication between suppliers, vendors, third-party logistics partners, and internal purchasing teams.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum five years of procurement or logistics experience—ideally within AI infrastructure or data center operations.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation, quality assurance, and delivery scheduling.
• Advanced organizational abilities for inventory tracking across thousands of technical assets.
• Excellent record-keeping practices to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated capacity to anticipate and address logistical challenges.
