About QarGo
QarGo is expanding its presence in Qatar, focusing on advancing smart mobility solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar, with a strong background in ride-hailing or transportation technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to ride-hailing services, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintain engagement of drivers.
- Track and analyze operational metrics and service quality benchmarks.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
- Enhance existing processes to facilitate operational growth and scalability of QarGo.
Requirements
- Prior experience within the ride-hailing, taxi, mobility, or transportation tech industry.
- Deep understanding of driver onboarding, fleet management, and operational workflows.
- Strong communication abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proven capability to coordinate across drivers, partners, and internal teams.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
