Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Operational Manager to oversee the Holiday Home Cleaning Services division. This individual will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising cleaning personnel, coordinating schedules, ensuring impeccable cleanliness standards, and addressing client inquiries and complaints effectively. The role also entails staff training, inventory control of cleaning supplies, and enforcing quality assurance processes. The position requires the candidate to be based in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven expertise in operations management including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and quality assurance within hospitality or property management sectors.
• Experience managing on-site teams with capabilities in staff oversight, performance evaluation, and vendor relations.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making skills adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
• Previous experience with short-term rental management, hospitality, or facilities management highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages prevalent in Dubai is a plus.
• Legal eligibility to work in Dubai onsite and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
