Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder to craft operational frameworks that simplify, stabilize, and scale as the company grows.
• Diagnose core operational challenges using data, observations, and practical analysis to prevent issues before they arise.
• Design, test, document, and deploy improvements across warehouse, logistics, and inventory workflows while setting key performance metrics.
• Ensure that new procedures endure by transferring ownership to team members once operational improvements are stable.
• Establish robust recruitment, onboarding, and training systems; hire and lead an operations supervisor to assist in executing these systems.

Your Background and Qualifications

You bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in operationally intensive environments such as manufacturing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, FMCG, or eCommerce. Relevant degrees include Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. Your prior roles might include Operational Excellence Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Analyst, Manufacturing Supervisor, Startup Operations Lead, Business Analyst focused on operations, or Operations Manager.
