About the Role

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace business of RTX, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and servicing aircraft engines and auxiliary power units for commercial, military, and business aviation. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, coordination, and planning assistance to the Operations team.
  • Manage and download data from SAP systems, including monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR to support capacity planning and productivity assessment.
  • Extract performance tracking metrics such as daily flow rates and lead time monitoring charts.
  • Collaborate across functions to facilitate daily operational planning and coordination.
  • Work closely with Operations Leaders to ensure timely resolution of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality issues.
  • Act as a level 3 project coordinator conducting pre-job EHS evaluations for contractors and overseeing contractor compliance with EHS protocols.
  • Escort contractors in and out of the premises adhering to Global Trade requirements.
  • Participate actively in safety initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities, along with any tasks assigned by the Building Unit Manager.
  • Willingness to work on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
  • Fulfill weekend duty supervisor roles across any shifts as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education level of NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective team player with positive attitude and clear communication skills.
  • Competent in basic spoken and written English for everyday communication.
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering sectors is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics is considered a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related fields.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior exposure to aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering environments.
