Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team at the Singapore site. The main responsibility is to carry out label printing and secondary packaging operations for pharmaceutical products used in clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within a production environment to correctly label and package items such as vials, cartons, and syringes, achieving right-first-time outcomes.
• Carry out thorough inspections of labels to maintain quality standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned by the Manufacturing & Packaging Supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to site standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies throughout all tasks.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Work in a cold room environment for up to half the day, with temperatures ranging between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and occasionally as low as -20 degrees Celsius. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging is advantageous.
• Previous work experience in pharmaceutical or hospital environments is preferred.
• Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
