Role Overview
We are seeking an Office Manager to lead a team of nine employees at our Dublin office, overseeing daily operations to maintain a well-organized and productive working environment. This full-time on-site position involves managing administrative functions, coordinating appointment bookings and report workflows, and ensuring accurate record maintenance.
The Office Manager will supervise office procedures, support both consultant experts and in-house teams, act as the key point of contact for clients and partners, and manage office supplies and equipment. Responsibilities also include professionally addressing inquiries and driving process enhancements to uphold high service standards and timely report completion. Collaboration with senior management will be essential to ensure compliance with company policies and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in office administration and assistance, including organization, record management, and workflow coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Competent in using office equipment and basic IT tools such as email, calendaring systems, document management, and standard office software.
- Strong customer service aptitude, able to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism.
- Experience in medical, legal, or professional service sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in overseeing or coordinating small teams is a plus.
- Preferred educational qualifications include post-secondary studies in business administration, office management, or a related discipline.
