Role Overview
The Auckland-based Office Coordinator will provide essential on-site administrative and operational support to maintain efficient and high-quality office functioning. This part-time role, requiring presence three days a week onsite, is integral to managing workplace services, liaising with vendors, and assisting in event and travel coordination, ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience within the ANZ administrative team.
Key Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by handling reception and phone calls during office hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Welcome and guide visitors to the office effectively.
- Support administrative aspects of company offsite events, including planning and booking.
- Assist in preparing materials for monthly Town Hall meetings.
- Manage and act on service requests following established timelines.
- Organize catering for onsite meetings to accommodate team needs.
- Process visitor requests for Wi-Fi access and parking within New Zealand.
- Perform monthly audits of the Compass Administration page to keep information accurate and updated.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving team collaboration and operational efficiency.
