Stellenbeschreibung
Patient Management and Scheduling
Organize patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up sessions efficiently. Manage doctors' schedules and oversee the daily patient queues. Assist patients in navigating registration, consultation, and testing processes.
Administrative and Billing Duties
Perform patient registration and keep medical records updated. Supervise outpatient billing activities including cash and credit transactions, as well as insurance verification. Compile daily logs, management information system (MIS) reports, and departmental analytics.
Coordination Across Departments
Facilitate communication between laboratories, radiology, pharmacy, and billing units. Ensure seamless patient transitions from outpatient services to pharmacy or hospital admission.
Customer Service Excellence
Welcome patients warmly and efficiently, addressing their questions and complaints promptly. Manage any service delays to uphold a high level of patient satisfaction.
