About the Role

This night position requires someone energetic who thrives on meeting targets and working within a lively team. You will handle various store duties each night, from stocking shelves and operating tills to managing inventory and preparing orders for dispatch. Your efforts will be integral to ensuring customers quickly receive all their purchases with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch goods accurately using a handheld device, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Inspect product quality, shelf life, and secure packaging to ready items for delivery.
• Deliver efficient customer service by processing deliveries promptly and achieving set targets.
• Politely interact with delivery personnel and address any queries or issues, escalating complex cases appropriately.
