About the Role

Kisan India Plus and TM24 (आवाज़ देश की...) invite applications for a talented and imaginative Video Editor to join their team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves crafting compelling video content focused on news media, FMCG, and digital marketing projects to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing various video formats including reels, shorts, YouTube videos, news reports, interviews, and promotional materials.
• Producing captivating short and long-form videos tailored for social media and online digital channels.
• Incorporating transitions, subtitles, visual effects, music, motion graphics, and animations as necessary to enhance video quality.
• Preparing video content specifically optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborating effectively with content creators, anchors, reporters, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Organizing project files, video footage, and media assets efficiently to support smooth workflows.
• Meeting deadlines and ensuring all assigned projects are delivered on time.
• Upholding brand guidelines and maintaining consistent high-quality video output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Filmora, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and fundamental animation principles.
• Experience editing social media content such as reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
• Creative storytelling ability complemented by an innovative mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic graphic design knowledge considered advantageous.
• Previous video editing experience preferred along with a portfolio or sample work to demonstrate capability.
• Good communication skills and the capability to multitask across various projects.
