Overview
A well-established private practice in Sydney's Northern Beaches is looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join the clinic on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering tailored rehabilitation and one-to-one care to help patients improve function, recover from injury or illness, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and create treatment plans tailored to each individual.
- Deliver practical, hands-on treatment using a range of physiotherapy methods and modalities.
- Recommend and show exercise programs that support recovery of movement, strength, and function.
- Track patient progress and keep clear records throughout the course of care.
- Guide patients and their families on home exercises and self-management strategies.
- Work alongside doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide coordinated care.
- Keep skills current by staying informed on physiotherapy research and taking part in professional development.
Requirements
- Degree level qualification or above in Physiotherapy.
- Active registration with AHPRA.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.
