Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Harare entails designing and executing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks to assess the performance and effects of Job Connect’s programs and initiatives. The role involves gathering, managing, and analyzing data from diverse sources while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Track system performance and prepare periodic reports and dashboards summarizing findings.
• Provide evidence-based insights to inform organizational decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to establish indicators, improve methodologies, and train staff on M&E procedures and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid expertise in monitoring and evaluation as well as system performance monitoring.
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities for processing quantitative and qualitative information.
• Exceptional report writing skills that enable the creation of clear and precise reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Relevant experience in program evaluation, impact assessment, or performance measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, development studies, or related discipline.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization software such as Excel, SPSS, or STATA.
• Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for conveying results to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
