Position Overview
This full-time role involves working 40 hours weekly, over five days between Monday and Saturday. The Medical Laboratory Assistant will be integrated within the Healthcare team to support cell pathology workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cellular pathology workflows, including digital pathology processes.
- Contribute fully to all laboratory end-to-end procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with pathologists and clients as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant in cellular pathology.
- Solid understanding of UKAS accreditation standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel across different levels of the organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong communication skills.
