Mechanical Draftsman

Role Overview

Join Pioneer Cranes & Elevators Pvt. Ltd. as a Mechanical Draftsman based in Ludhiana, Punjab. This position involves creating detailed mechanical designs and drawings using CAD tools to support manufacturing and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D mechanical models with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD platforms.
• Develop precise manufacturing and fabrication drawings to guide production.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects.
• Design various mechanical components, assemblies, and sheet metal parts adhering to specifications.
• Ensure all designs meet established engineering standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to facilitate design execution.
• Update and revise drawings reflecting engineering modifications and customer inputs.
• Provide support in prototype creation, testing phases, and enhancements of products.
• Maintain meticulous design documentation and engineering records for ongoing reference.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing-related technical challenges.
