Role Overview

We seek a dedicated and skilled Mathematics Instructor to educate first-year engineering students based in Bengaluru. The instructor must possess expertise in Engineering Mathematics and excel in simplifying complex mathematical theories into practical, accessible knowledge. This role is pivotal in establishing students' foundational understanding of essential mathematical areas relevant for university exams and advancing technical courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for first-year engineering courses.
• Instruct topics including Calculus, Differential Equations, Matrices, Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus, Complex Numbers, Probability, Statistics, and other engineering mathematics subjects.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice problems to facilitate learning.
• Clarify concepts through practical engineering examples and applications to enhance comprehension.
• Administer periodic assessments, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, tutorials, and revision classes to reinforce learning.
• Assist students in preparing for semester examinations while focusing on enhancing problem-solving capabilities.
• Monitor academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Identify students' weak points and offer supplementary academic assistance as needed.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators for syllabus planning, batch management, and performance evaluation.
