Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our partner for a Marketing Visual Designer located in Australia. This position involves crafting visually striking marketing materials across a variety of digital platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce diverse marketing visuals including social media graphics, email templates, one-pagers, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Create and edit short-form and mid-length videos such as social clips, reels, educational content, and promotional presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling assets.
- Establish and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Leverage visual storytelling techniques to boost communication effectiveness and audience interaction.
- Revise and enhance creative outputs swiftly in response to feedback and shifting business goals.
- Contribute to developing scalable design workflows to increase project efficiency and creative output.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing visual or graphic design roles.
- Robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital marketing materials and branded content.
- Sound knowledge in UI/UX principles and user-focused design approaches.
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience in producing both short and medium-length video content.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, branding, and digital design standards.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing and creative teams.
- Familiarity with edtech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization design, motion graphics, animation, or managing design systems is a plus.
