Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Domain Expert for a contract role to contribute expertise in enterprise marketing towards developing realistic AI training data centered on marketing workflows and enhancing business productivity. The position is fully remote, with flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40 and compensation up to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize deep knowledge of enterprise marketing to create AI training datasets that realistically represent marketing operations and productivity scenarios.
• Craft high-quality marketing-related materials such as campaign strategies, stakeholder communications, comprehensive reports, presentations, and project documentation demonstrating industry best practices.
• Examine and interpret fictional company scenarios to author authentic user prompts and ideal AI-generated responses reflecting practical marketing challenges.
• Develop insightful recommendations for follow-up actions and critically assess the quality of AI-generated solutions and suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the accuracy, applicability, and effectiveness of constructed marketing scenarios.
• Apply structured analytical thinking to steer AI training content towards maximum operational performance.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy development.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills to review marketing content for clarity, precision, and impact.
• Background in prompt engineering or authoring prompts that replicate actual business situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly tools for document creation and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong attention to detail.
