About the Role
This position exists to steer and expand the marketing efforts of Fleur Studios, encompassing brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, digital presence, social media, and customer interactions as the company grows locally and internationally. Reporting directly to the Directors, the role involves complete ownership of marketing strategy and commercial output, by translating the brand vision into measurable gains across email, website, and social platforms. It combines high-level strategic leadership with practical, hands-on involvement in crafting campaigns and developing systems and team capabilities for long-term scalability.
The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy and strategic marketer who embraces full responsibility for results, excels in brand storytelling, and exercises strong judgement in balancing direct leadership with empowering others. Candidates from interstate willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own Fleur Studios’ marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives across email, website, and social media channels.
- Manage the marketing budget, distributing funds across paid ads, tools, and campaigns to optimize returns.
- Set and monitor KPIs and targets based on data-driven insights to prioritize marketing investments.
- Report marketing performance in relation to sales and revenue goals; identify top growth opportunities.
- Support international marketing expansion by adapting brand positioning, content, and customer experience for the US market and beyond.
- Collaborate with Directors on international priorities, gradually increasing responsibility as markets develop.
- Partner with Directors in storytelling, campaign direction, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead the planning and rollout of brand campaigns and product launches.
- Own full lifecycle marketing strategies including segmentation, calendar planning, and execution of email and SMS campaigns targeting retention and revenue goals.
- Leverage customer data to personalize and refine direct-to-consumer and B2B campaigns.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve marketing performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage website content, merchandising, and user experience strategy to ensure brand alignment and conversion optimization.
- Identify and coordinate improvements for site performance, SEO, and AI-based discoverability.
- Oversee analytics review to derive actionable recommendations.
- Define and implement social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, aligning with brand objectives.
- Guide creative direction of marketing content and campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships for paid media, ensuring alignment with company goals and accountability for performance.
- Lead and build marketing team capabilities; serve as strategic advisor on marketing for the Directors.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years’ experience in brand, performance, or ecommerce marketing, preferably within premium, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Proven record of owning marketing outcomes and driving measurable commercial growth.
- Experienced in budget management and optimizing spend across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, and hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing performance reporting tools such as Profit Peak.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Sharp commercial acumen with strong prioritization skills and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Exposure to international or multi-market marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable across different brand tones.
- Passion for design, interiors, and culturally tuned brand storytelling.
